Refund & Exchange Policy
At KOLT&CO, we offer a 14-day exchange or refund guarantee. This 14-day window begins once your order has arrived. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange within this period.
We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at our warehouse. Please note, this may take 7-14 days after the return has been received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been completed.
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
How Do I Request an Exchange or Refund?
To initiate your return or exchange, please email info@koltlondon.com and follow the instructions you will receive via email.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn (apart from trying them on).
- All tags and packaging must be included.
Orders sent back after the 14-day exchange or refund window will be returned to the customer.
Additional Costs
Please note that KOLT&CO is not responsible for paying any customs charges, including import duties or taxes, on returned items. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method or requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are lost during the return process.
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all UK orders from our local warehouse within 24-48 hours after purchase. The estimated delivery time starts once your order has been shipped.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM GMT on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

- Standard Shipping (2-3 days): £3.99
- Next-Day Shipping (1-2 days): £5.99
Faulty Items
If you've received a faulty item, please contact us at info@koltlondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage
